1. Who operates this site

HotelsAmenities.com is operated by Jiangsu UMYAN Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd ("UMYAN", "we", "us"), a hotel amenities manufacturer based in Hangji Town, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu, China. Contact: [email protected].

2. This site is not a shop

You cannot buy anything here and no prices are published. Everything on this website — product pages, specifications, ranges and any indicative figures — is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell, and does not create a binding contract.

A sale exists only once we have issued a written quotation or proforma invoice and you have accepted it. Where those documents conflict with anything on this website, the written quotation prevails. Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them.

3. Product information

We work hard to keep specifications, materials, sizes and certifications accurate, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so:

• Products are manufactured goods and are subject to normal production tolerances.
• Colours shown on screen vary by display and are not an exact colour match.
• Photographs may show custom branding, packaging or styling not included as standard.
• We may improve or change specifications; the specification confirmed in your quotation is the one that applies to your order.

Minimum order quantities, lead times and certification scope are confirmed per order. Always rely on your quotation and approved sample rather than on a web page.

4. Certifications

Where we state that our factory holds a certification, we mean it is issued to our own operation and we can provide the certificate on request. Where a certification belongs to a material or a supplier rather than to us — for example FSC for paper stock or RSPO for palm-based ingredients — we say so, and we can provide the certificate holder's documentation instead. We do not present supplier certifications as our own.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations, page designs and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use, such as evaluating us as a supplier. You may not republish, sell, or use our content commercially, or copy substantial parts of the site, without our written permission.

6. Third-party names and logos

Hotel group, brand and partner names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They are used to indicate work we have carried out or product ranges we have supplied. Their appearance does not imply that those owners endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with this website, and no claim is made to any third-party mark. If you own a mark shown here and would like it removed, email us and we will act promptly.

7. Your customised designs

If you send us artwork, logos, formulas or specifications for a private-label or OEM project, they remain yours. We use them only to quote, sample and manufacture your order, and we do not use your branding on products for anyone else. You confirm that you have the right to use the materials you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material, submit false enquiries or spam through our forms, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or scrape content in a way that disrupts the service for others.

9. External links

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms agreed in a signed contract or accepted quotation for an actual order.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting any mandatory consumer or local-law protections available to you. Terms applying to a specific order, including governing law and dispute resolution, are set out in that order's contract or quotation.
