Who we are

What we collect

1. Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry or quote request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, business email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product interest, estimated quantity and your message. Only name, email and message are required — the rest help us quote accurately, and you can leave them blank.

2. Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, we also attach a small amount of context so we know where the enquiry came from and can reply usefully:

• the page you first landed on and the website that referred you, if any
• the page you were on when you submitted
• campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if present in the link you followed
• the date and time of submission
• your IP address and the approximate location our hosting provider derives from it (country, region, city)

We do not attempt to identify you beyond this, and we do not buy or append data from third parties.

3. Browser storage

To remember how you first arrived, we store one entry in your browser's local storage under the key ha_lead, containing the first page you visited and the referring website. It stays on your device, is only read when you submit a form, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. It is not a cookie and it is not shared with advertisers.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. It sets cookies and processes usage data on Google's infrastructure. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used for one purpose: to prepare your quote and correspond with you about it. The source and location data helps us route your enquiry to the right person, quote realistic freight, and understand which of our pages actually help buyers. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver your message. They process data on our behalf only:

International transfers

We are based in China and our service providers operate globally, so information you send us will be processed outside your own country — including outside the EEA and the UK. If you would rather not send information through this website, you are welcome to email or call us directly using the details on our contact page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our business mailbox and sales records for as long as needed to serve you as a customer or prospect, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and there is no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information, financial account details or passwords through the enquiry form.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
