For example, a city business hotel with simple showers usually runs a double (shampoo + gel). A resort offering a fuller bathing ritual runs a triple so conditioner isn’t the missing item that triggers a front-desk call. How it mounts
Mounting is a small detail that causes big headaches if you get it wrong for the wall.
- Adhesive — fastest install, no drilling, good for tile and glass. The default for retrofits.
- Screw-fix — most secure for long-term, high-traffic use.
- Locking bracket — the unit can’t be lifted off the wall; essential for public and unsupervised areas.
Buying tip: decide adhesive vs screw-fix by the wall surface and how long the unit stays, not by price. Adhesive on a damp, textured wall in a busy gym shower will eventually let go — screw-fix it. A clean tiled guest shower holds adhesive fine for years.
Do you need anti-theft?
If the dispenser sits anywhere a guest or a passer-by is unsupervised — public restrooms, pool showers, gym and spa changing rooms — yes. Two features matter:
- A locking bracket so the whole unit can’t be removed.
- A stainless-steel body that resists tampering and looks the part in a public space.

- Buying the dispenser without sourcing the bulk liquid from the same supplier. You want the hardware and the matched formula from one place, or the fragrance won’t line up.
- Putting ABS units in public restrooms. Without a stainless body and a lock, they walk off or get tampered with.
- Adhesive-mounting in wet, high-traffic areas. Screw-fix where it stays long-term and gets heavy use.
- Switching formula when you switch to refillable. Keep the matched scent — change the bottle, not the experience, or guests notice.
